David Shields:

David Shields is a registered Architect with extensive experience in large and complex buildings including commercial offices, retail, hotel, health, and industrial projects. David is also an award winning residential designer who also specialises in building dilapidation, BCA audit surveys, and alternative design solutions. David has worked overseas and specialises in all facets of architectural master planning, design, documentation and administration phases within a defined Quality Assurance set of procedures.


Stephen Cope:
BBus, AD.AT., AIMM
Stephen Cope joined Blackburne Jackson in 1998 and subsequently qualified as an Architectural Technician in 1994. Stephen has extensive knowledge of the Building Code and Australian Standard requirements and is experienced in preparation of documentation for Building Approval and construction particularly for commercial and multi-residential developments. He has been the job manager on large residential and commercial projects. Stephen furthered his education by completing a Bachelor of Business at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Stephens practical experience coupled with his management and business knowledge makes him a leading and vital component of Blackburne Jackson Design.


Rohan Jackson:
BBE B Arch, RAIA
Rohan Jackson graduated as a Bachelor in Architecture and Bachelor of Built Environment in 2000 from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Overseas experience was gained as an exchange student when studying at the Politechnico di Milano in Italy during which time he was the recipient of an award in the International Student Design Competition. Rohan has been involved in the planning and design of individual residences, residential communities, commercial buildings, and cinemas.
